With over 20 years of experience working throughout the Puget Sound region, including an office on San Juan Island for 14 years, we bring a deep understanding of local jurisdictions, permitting processes, and site-specific challenges.  Our team is especially well-versed in navigating complex regulatory environments, including Shoreline zones and Environmentally Critical Areas (ECAs), where careful planning and compliance are key to a successful outcome.
